Week beginning 24th April
Dare I say, it looks like a normal, on time table week ahead of us, with our English learning still focussing on Mr Stink by David Walliams. This week we will be looking at pronouns, direct speech and using apostrophes, while in maths, there is some revision on subtraction and addition, before tackling some word problems.
In geography we will be using Window by Jeannie Baker to assist our understanding on how and why areas change, while in science, there is some more work to be done on vibrations and explaining just how sound travels.
Monday PE this term is cricket, and we are lucky to have James Sutton, a Community Coach from Kent Cricket taking the sessions. If this is a sport your child enjoys, please frisk them for a leaflet they took home last Friday regarding coaching on a Friday evening at Rodmersham Cricket Club.
Congratulations to Grace who received our behaviour award last week.
