As the heading suggests this week we have a break from number work in maths and turn our attention to 3D shapes! To help us remember the shapes and their properties some of us have been learning some songs to the tune of 'The farmer's in the den'. If your children have forgotten the words see the end of this post for more!

In English we are turning our attention to poetry - this week concentrating on rhythm and rhyme. We will be practicing how to count the syllables in words and how we can put together different words to create different rhythms.

All the other subjects will be ticking along too and of course plenty of Nativity practice as Orange A's is next week!!! (5th December).

We look forwards to seeing most of your at the parent's consultations this week and sharing your children's fabulous work with you.

Don't forget it is Christmas gift room on Friday!

Have a lovely week.
