Week beginning 27th February

After investigating some fairy tales last week, this week we will be planning and writing our own tale, but with a twist. In maths, the revision of our tables last week will be useful this week where we will be using a more formal way to multiply numbers.

Purses and wallets have been flooding in for our DT learning on Tuesday, but there is still space for more, so if you have any at home that we may borrow for a few weeks, please send them in.  Science moves onto identifying battery and mains powered appliances, combined with some electrical safety learning, while in history we reach the Anglo-Saxon era for our learning about family life.

Don’t forget that we are celebrating World Book Day by dressing up as book characters on Thursday and a reminder to return any Ready Steady Read sponsorship forms you may have as soon as you can.

Please make sure you understand the new arrangements regarding appointments for the forthcoming consultation evenings, further details are elsewhere on this website.

Finally, congratulations to Leean, who received our behaviour award last week.
