On Thursday it is World Book Day so time for a spot of dressing up as a book character. There is no need to purpose buy an outfit - many characters can be created with everyday clothing - try a quick Google search for ideas.
In English this week we will continue with grammar revision - focusing on some of the areas the children find trickier in test situations - adding a clause using a subordinating conjunction and creating expanded noun phrases. We will also work on our newspaper articles based on Cosmic.
In maths we have more work to do on angles. Having looked at angle recognition and construction, we now move on to identifying missing angles in different shapes and will try our hand at constructing shapes given specific details and also using protractors.
On Wednesday we should complete our phone cases - any parental help in the afternoon would be much appreciated.
