This week we will be busy finishing off our topics from the term and getting festive with Christmas activities.
In English we will be learning about Jack and the Beanstalk ready for the pantomime on the last week of term. We will be using the story to introduce past tense endings (-ed) and sequence stories.
In Maths we will continue to learn about 2D and 3D shapes, making repeating pattern wrapping paper and taking part in festive maths challenges.
We will continue to look at the weather in Science, finish off learning about houses from the past in History and have the chance to design and make our own moving image Christmas card in DT using the skills we learn this term.
It is our Christmas lunch on Wednesday and on Friday it will be Christmas Jumper day (to be worn over school uniform).
On the last week of term Orange A will be at the morning church service and Orange S at the afternoon service. Please let your class teachers know if you are able to walk with us up to church (it will mean a guaranteed seat in the church!).
