We have a fun, final week lined up in Yellow Class!

On Wednesday it is Safer Internet Day and we will be learning all about how to stay safe online. We will then be creating, preparing and practising an E-Safety assembly which we will deliver to you on Thursday Afternoon in the hall. We are looking forward to informing you of how we can work together to keep us all safe.

In maths this week we will be learning the names of 3D shapes and developing our understanding of their properties.

In English this week we will be using a video from the Literacy Shed as a spring board for our writing. We will be focusing on co-ordination (and, or, but)  and subordination (if, when, because, that).

We have been very impressed by the children's passion for reading this term. Many children have been enthusiastic about the Reading Challenge and those who have been successful in completing the challenge will be awarded their certificates and bookmarks. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all adults who have helped the children achieve the challenge. Due to it's popularity and the fantastic outcomes we are seeing, there will be a Reading Challenge next term.

We would like to wish you a very happy and healthy half-term break.
