The Parent Forum is a space where parents and carers can come together to share ideas, provide feedback, and support the school community.
Meetings are structured to be productive, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.
Please email any items that you would like including in the meeting to your class Parent Forum rep ahead of the meeting. If you are a parent or carer of a child in any of the classes with a vacancy and you would like to become the Parent Forum Rep, please contact the school office. Thank you.
- Keep things confidential – sensitive topics stay within the forum.
- Focus on issues, not individuals – discussions shouldn’t target specific children or staff.
- Switch off phones during meetings.
- Stick to the schedule as much as possible.
- One speaker at a time to make sure everyone is heard.
- Respect each other’s opinions – agree to disagree when needed.
- Stay positive and constructive, even on tricky topics.
- Attend regularly and let us know if you cannot make it.
