It was wonderful to see your faces this first week back.
In Year 1, Tapestry and blog were used for a lot of communication between teachers and parents. In Year 2, Tapestry is not used and blogs are the way to find out about up and coming events or any new information.
These first couple of weeks are filled with lots of hook learning and activities.
In discovery, we are learning about maps and what they are used for.
In science, we are learning about what a living thing is.
In English, we are looking at traditional tales.
In maths, we are beginning to study place value.
Our P.E days for this term are Monday (indoor) and Friday (Outdoor).
In the future, we will also have any up and coming events here with the dates if they are known.
